Care Guide

Keep your watch quietly precise.

A practical care guide for Auronix timepieces, written for daily wear. Learn how to clean the case, protect the dial, store the watch properly, and maintain straps, bracelets, and smart watch surfaces with a calm, consistent routine.

Daily Wipe

Use a clean microfiber cloth after wear to remove skin oils and surface moisture.

Dry Storage

Keep your timepiece in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and humidity.

Water Care

Avoid unnecessary water exposure unless your specific watch is rated for it.

Service Mindset

Inspect fit, crown position, strap condition, and crystal clarity regularly.

A three-step routine for everyday wear.

Good watch care does not need to feel complicated. A few consistent habits help preserve the case finish, dial visibility, strap comfort, and overall wearing experience.

01

Remove surface residue.

After wearing, gently wipe the case, crystal, crown area, and bracelet or strap with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid rough towels, paper products, or abrasive cleaning pads.

02

Let the watch dry naturally.

If the watch has been exposed to light moisture, dry it carefully before placing it in storage. Do not use a hair dryer, heater, or direct sunlight to speed up drying.

03

Store with breathing room.

Place your watch separately from keys, coins, jewelry, or hard objects. A padded tray, soft pouch, or clean watch box helps reduce friction and accidental marks.

Clean the watch gently, never aggressively.

The goal is to maintain clarity without disturbing seals, finishes, or delicate surfaces. Use minimal pressure, avoid chemical cleaners, and keep water exposure controlled unless the watch specifications clearly allow it.

Use a dry microfiber cloth for routine polishing. Use a lightly damp cloth only when needed, then dry immediately. Keep soap, perfume, sunscreen, lotion, and solvents away from the case and strap. Check that the crown is fully closed before any moisture exposure.

Care changes by surface.

Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather straps, silicone bands, and smart watch surfaces all respond differently to moisture, friction, and cleaning products.

Wipe regularly with a microfiber cloth. For light buildup between bracelet links, use a soft dry brush. Avoid abrasive metal polish unless a professional has recommended it for your exact finish.

Keep leather away from soaking water, oils, perfume, and long humidity exposure. Let the strap rest after wear, and store it flat or gently curved to protect its shape.

Use a soft damp cloth for surface residue, then dry fully before wearing. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-heavy cleaners, and prolonged contact with dyes from clothing or bags.

Clean the display with a dry microfiber cloth. Keep charging points and sensors free from moisture and buildup. Do not insert sharp objects into ports or around sensor areas.

If timekeeping becomes inconsistent, the battery may need attention. Avoid opening the case yourself, because improper handling can affect seals, alignment, and internal components.

Weekly

Check the exterior.

Look for dust around the crown, strap edges, bracelet links, buckle, and case back. Wipe gently before residue becomes harder to remove.

Monthly

Inspect fit and comfort.

Review bracelet links, strap holes, clasp feel, and overall wrist comfort. A secure fit helps reduce accidental knocks and excess movement.

Seasonal

Refresh your storage setup.

Keep your storage area dry and clean. Rotate watches carefully, and avoid leaving a timepiece pressed against harder accessories.

As Needed

Ask before repair.

If the watch shows fogging, impact damage, battery issues, strap failure, or unusual behavior, contact support before attempting a repair.

Small habits that protect the finish.

Do not expose the watch to harsh chemicals.

Cleaning sprays, alcohol-heavy products, perfume, sunscreen, and solvents may affect seals, coatings, straps, and case finishes.

Do not store it loose in a bag.

Keys, chargers, coins, and metal accessories can mark the case or crystal. Use a soft pouch or protected compartment during travel.

Do not adjust the crown underwater.

Water resistance can be compromised when controls are used in wet conditions. Always operate the crown and buttons with dry hands.

Do not force a strap or clasp.

If a buckle, link, spring bar, or clasp feels stuck, stop and request support. Forcing small components can lead to avoidable damage.
