Please read the conditions below before returning a watch. Items sent back without first contacting Auronix may not be accepted, because each return must be matched to an order and reviewed for eligibility.

Returned watches should be unused, unworn, clean, and in the same condition in which they were received. Original packaging, tags, protective materials, manuals, and included accessories should be returned with the item.

  • Items damaged by improper handling, storage, or use may not qualify for a refund.
  • Gift cards, final-clearance items, and personalized items are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
