Request a return before sending anything back

Please contact Auronix support first with your order details and the reason for your return. Items sent without a return request may take longer to review.

Keep the timepiece in original condition

The watch should be unused, clean, free from wear marks, and returned with its packaging, manuals, tags, inserts, and accessories when included.

Use secure outer packaging to protect the watch box and timepiece. We recommend keeping your return tracking details until the review is complete.

Wait for the return review

Once your return arrives, the item is reviewed for condition and completeness. Approved returns are handled through the original order path whenever possible.

Returned watches should arrive as received.

To protect the integrity of every return, we review the timepiece, strap, case, presentation materials, and included accessories before completing the request.

Visible wear, scratches, dents, stains, altered straps, or missing accessories may affect eligibility.
