The watch should be unused, clean, free from wear marks, and returned with its packaging, manuals, tags, inserts, and accessories when included.
Use secure outer packaging to protect the watch box and timepiece. We recommend keeping your return tracking details until the review is complete.
Once your return arrives, the item is reviewed for condition and completeness. Approved returns are handled through the original order path whenever possible.
What may affect approval
To protect the integrity of every return, we review the timepiece, strap, case, presentation materials, and included accessories before completing the request.
Our process is intentionally minimal: send your request, prepare the item carefully, and wait for a condition review once the return is received.

Place the timepiece, packaging, and included accessories into a secure outer box before shipment.
After the return is received, Auronix reviews the item condition and provides the next update through the support channel.
